These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in Longy School of Music text messaging programs delivered through Jenzabar Comms+, JICS, and related Longy communication systems.

By opting in to receive text messages from Longy School of Music, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Description

Longy School of Music may send recurring informational text messages to students and other authorized recipients regarding school-related matters, including:

  • Course reminders

  • Class schedule notifications

  • Faculty schedule updates

  • Advising appointment reminders

  • Campus alerts and urgent school notices

  • Other academic or administrative communications related to your relationship with Longy

2. Opt-In

You may opt in to receive Longy text messages by responding CONFIRM to a Longy text message invitation or other Longy opt-in request.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile number and consent to receive recurring SMS messages from Longy School of Music related to school communications.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your courses, advising activity, and school communications.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

5. Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Longy text message. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Additional opt-out keywords may include: END, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE.
